RETURNS POLICY

To ensure fair play and total satisfaction, all orders are carefully checked for defects before they are shipped to you. In this case, we will not responsible for the item after delivery process. Returnable and exchangeable are subject to torn items, broken zip, permanent stain, and wrong delivered design. Other reasons will not be entertained. However, the exchanges are limited to colours/items error and have to be approved for the final decision by our superior. Refund cost will be borne by both party. Postage of returning the rejected item to our stated address will be borne by the respective customers while the re-delivery cost will be covered by our company. Material and quality issues are very complex due to various types of gadget ability to perform the actual colours of products on our website and the lighting effects during the items are photographed. We cannot guarantee that you will receive the items same as you seen on the online.

2. The returned items must be in original conditions.

Please do not remove the brand tag for return and exchange purpose. All purchased items are not eligible for size exchange and returns. All sold items are not eligible for exchange and return after 7 days of receiving date.
