1. Refund and Exchangeable Policy

• Normal priced items are exchangeable within 7 days from your receiving date for Local Customer and 14 days for abroad Customers
• To ensure fair play and total satisfaction, all orders are carefully checked for defects before they are shipped to you. In this case, we will not responsible for the item after delivery process.
• Returnable and exchangeable are subject to torn items, broken zip, permanent stain, and wrong delivered design. Other reasons will not be entertained. However, the exchanges are limited to colors/items error and have to be approved for the final decision by our superior. Material and quality issues are very complex due to various types of gadget ability to perform the actual color of products on our website and the lighting effects during the items are photographed. We cannot guarantee that you will receive the items same as you seen on the online.
• Postage of returning the rejected item to our stated address will be borne by the respective customers while the re-delivery cost will be covered by our company. 
• Should the items you wish to exchange where by the size is not available, you can choose to issue a refund through a store credit to your user account which may be used for future purchases. This store credit is only eligible for use in View Fashion Website (www.viewfashion.com.my) and not in retail stores. All store credits are in the currency Malaysia Ringgit.
  
  View Fashion reserves the right to deny any refund/exchange if the buyer does not meet our return & exchange Policy Guidelines.

2. The returned items must be in original conditions

• Please do not remove the brand tag for return and exchange purpose.
• All purchased items are not eligible for size & color exchange and return.

IF IN OUR SOLE OPINION, THE GOODS YOU HAVE RETURNED TO US ARE NOT FAULTY OR DAMAGED, AND CORRECTLY CORRESPOND TO THE DESCRIPTION DISPLAYED ON OUR WEBSITE, OR THEY HAVE NOT BEEN RETURNED IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR RETURN POLICIES OR THEY HAVE NOT BEEN RETURNED IN ACCORDANCE WITHIN THE RELEVANT RETURNS PERIOD FROM YOUR RECEIVING DATE, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO AN EXCHANGE AND WE WILL RETURN THE GOODS TO YOU AT YOUR COSTS AND EXPENSE. 

3. Return address & Shipping by Courier:

• Customers who wish to return / exchange items on their order may do so according to our return & exchange policy. The customer is solely responsible and liable for the courier charges, costs and expenses.
• The goods are your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse.  Please make sure it is packed properly and securely to avoid any damages. All goods will be inspected on return.  As we try to accept all returns, should an item that is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you at your cost or dispose it accordingly. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange.
