All items basically are subject to stock availability. . If the item ran out in the meantime, you will be informed immediately. We suggest that, do check with us first before you proceed your payment.
- Material and Colour
We will give our best to display every colour and material of our products as they are on our website. However, the colours might be appeared slightly different on our online display from the their actual colours. We also cannot guarantee that your electronic gadgets will be displayed of the actual colours as the products appear. The item is not refundable and not exchangeable due to materials and colours dissatisfaction.
Most of our products are subject to XL-3XL sizes. However, every design might have different cutting which will be provided together with measurement in each products of our online displays. Some of our products might have different size. We advise that you check the size chart first before proceed to payment step.
- Product Care
We will be determined take care of our products quality to ensure that all the details, descriptions and prices of the products appearance on the website are highly accurate at all the time when the relevant information was stored to the system. However, you may contact our customer service for clarity.
All orders will be processed and dispatched after the payment verification is confirmed. Noted that, the delivery is available on Monday to Friday, except Weekends and Public Holiday. Processing order will take 3 to 5 of working days to complete. However, delivery period is depending on courier processing terms and condition. In other unforeseen situation, order processing period may be taking longer than mentioned duration above. In that case, customer will be informed through out our social media and website banner news.
Once your parcel is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you through any available message application and we will not take responsibility on any lost parcels. Customer is recommended to track your parcel after 24 hours of working day from the tracking number received date.
If the delivery fail, we will contact you immediately. In this case, re-delivery costs will be borne by the customer.
MAIN COURIER: POS LAJU
Shipping cost will be bared by customer. In other case, our Company will bare the postage cost, but it subject to our terms and conditions.
- Returns and Exchanges Policy
To ensure fair play and total satisfaction, all orders are carefully checked for defects before they are shipped to you. In that case, we will not responsible for the item after dispatched. Returnable and exchangeable are subject to torn items, broken zip, permanent stain, and wrong delivered design. If any irrelevant reasons will be ignored.
8. Refund Policy
To maintain our quality service, Customer will be contacted by our Customer service if your order is having unexpected problems and errors. If the item you have ordered is ran out of stock, you have the right to change it with other item which has the same price range. If you insist on refunding the cost, there is some Company Policy should be applied to any customers such as:
- Time Frame to process your refund should be 14 working days.
9. System Errors
There might be errors occurred as we cannot control the system intelligent capability. If there any errors occurred to any of bill which the amount is not correct by referring to the current item price or promotion, Company has the right to request amount of shortage of the bill comparing to the actual amount. If we found out that you have been charged extra due to the errors, we will contact you for further actions.
10. Promotion and Discount Code
Any Discount code is not applicable to any item under Promotion. If system apply any discount code to any promotion item successfully, we have the right to request for any less value to meet the correct amount of each item as per shown on website.
